The SILCA Everyday Aero Cycling Sock in White (Large) is knit from Q-Skin - a silver ion-infused polyamide that is antibacterial, odor-resistant, and softer than any standard cycling sock yarn - then engineered with a combination of smooth and textured surfaces that reduce aerodynamic drag by 4-8 watts at 30-45 kph.

Custom knitting machinery produces a smooth frontal surface where airflow remains laminar, plus three rows of turbulators positioned just ahead of the flow separation zone. These turbulators energize the boundary layer, keeping airflow attached further around the leg and shrinking the pressure wake. Extended to 19.5cm, the cuff hits right at the UCI limit for most riders.
