When it comes to bike sales, we take a fit-first approach. Our in-house bike fit partner, Physiofit's Maria Carrelli, can dial in your bike size and key contact points — including stem length, handlebar width, and crank length — so your bike is ordered and built to fit you from day one. We can also use your existing bike and fit data to determine the best size and contact points for a new build, helping ensure every bike leaves our shop truly dialed in.
