Order processing
Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (unless it is a special order or pre-order which will be filled once it is received in our warehouse). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your confirmation number and tracking number.  Please note there may be potential shipping delays during the holidays.

Additional Shipping fee for bulky or heavy items 25-49.9 lbs - $19.99
Additional Shipping fee for bulky or heavy items over 50 lbs - $49.99
Oversized Items (Complete Bicycles) will be calculated and we will email you with the additional shipping charges.
*The Gear Attic typically uses USPS or UPS ground shipping for all orders. The Gear Attic reserves the right to use the carrier of our choice.
*International Customers are responsible for all Customs and Duties and responsible for any shipping cost incurred from importing items not eligible to their country.
Shipping damages
If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, such as damage to a product, please contact us shipping@thegearattic.com. Please preserve all shipping boxes and packaging so that we can file a claim. Please notify us within 14 days of the shipping date to receive a replacement or refund.
