SILCA - Ultimate Tubeless Sealant w/ Fiberfoam

SILCA Ultimate Tubeless Sealant uses FiberFoam® technology — a foaming natural latex formula combined with 6, 9, and 12mm chopped carbon fibers reclaimed from recycled bikes, wheels, and aerospace components — to seal holes up to 7.5mm, some 25% larger than conventional sealants. The foam carries high-stiffness carbon fibers directly to the puncture, where they form a reinforced dam that seals at both higher pressures and lower temperatures than latex-only products.

After sealing, the carbon fiber–reinforced patch reduces the likelihood of re-puncture in that area. Long-lasting formula (7–9 months depending on humidity) stays effective down to 18°F/-7°C for 6mm holes. Use the SILCA Replenisher every 90–120 days to extend sealant life up to one year. Must be poured into the tire during installation — not injectable through the valve. Made in the USA.
